Service Agreement
By using the services provided by ScotTyre Assist, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them before booking or using our services.
Services
We provide mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, emergency callout, and tyre replacement services. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location, vehicle type, and tyre requirements.
Pricing and Payment
All quotes include labour and parts unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on tyre size, brand, and service type. We'll confirm the final price before any work starts. Payment is due on completion unless we've agreed otherwise.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. We may charge a call-out fee if you cancel after a technician has already been sent out.
Warranties
New tyres we supply are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Puncture repairs are guaranteed for the remaining legal life of the tyre, as long as the repair meets British Standard BS AU 159. We don't accept responsibility for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work.
Liability
We carry full public liability insurance and take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle. We aren't liable for damage to wheels, tyres, or vehicle components caused by pre-existing conditions, corrosion, or general wear and tear.
Customer Responsibilities
You need to make sure there's safe access to your vehicle at the agreed location. If the technician can't safely carry out the work due to unsafe conditions or restricted access, we may need to reschedule.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
